Never has there been a more exciting or more challenging time to be part of the construction industry across Queensland.

Facing unprecedented change and disruption, industry participants are dealing with daily challenges involving:

  • Cashflow
  • Shortages
  • Compliance
  • Capacity
  • Cost Escalations
  • Supplies
  • Regulation
  • Delays
  • Insolvencies
  • Workforce
  • Skills
  • Interest Rates

The latest Queensland Major Projects Pipeline report produced by the Queensland Major Contractors Association states that $71 billion of rail, road, energy and water projects are expected to be delivered in Queensland over the next five years.

At the same time, ASIC reports that construction industry insolvencies for the 2024 Financial Year (FY24) are at a record high.

Managing all of these complexities requires broad expertise and experience.
