#### A Standard Business Review includes four (4) main areas of analysis together with appropriate recommendations

#### **Business background and ownership description**

- Business structure 
- Ownership 
- History 
- Experience of key decision makers 
- Strengths and weaknesses 
- Identification of potential issues and potential impacts 

#### Credit Worthiness

- Based on public sources and confidential inquiries 
- Assesses views of potential partner by key markets and credit insurers 
- Highlights factors affecting suitability as a partner 

#### Suitability for Projects

- Identifies key capabilities using information from the party and publicaly available sources 
- Determination of the likelihood of party completing the project 
- Where we can, we provide commentary on the indicative cost tendered by the party

#### Litigation or Court Proceedings 

- Identifies relevant legal proceedings 
- Interpretation of findings and whether these are applicable to your business 
- Recommendations based on red flags or areas requiring further focus
